We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2021, at the age of 89, Phyllis Elaine Grob of Murphysboro, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burke J. Yeager and Frieda Yeager (Aiassi); her husband Gene Grob; and her aunt Christina Aiassi. She is survived by: her children, Dale Grob (Marsha) of Carbondale and Carolyn Gallegly (Tom) of Murphysboro; her close friend Steve Cochran of Murphysboro; her stepgrandchildren, Beth Fender (Mike) of Sullivan, Rob Gallegly (Karen) of Carbondale and Brenden Gallegly; and also, Micah, Jonah and Anna Fender.
Donations to animal care shelters or animal support organizations in her memory would also be appreciated.
