Phyllis A. Tripp Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Tripp of Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on September 5, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvie Eugene and Yula Mae Ripley (Doetch); her husband Lloyd E. "Bud" Tripp; and her siblings, Betty Hicks, Frances Opp and Delmar Ripley.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale Tripp (Linda) of Grand Blanc, MI and Brian Tripp (Regina) of Murphysboro, IL; her grandchildren, Melissa Windom, Steven Windom (Amy) and Braden Tripp; her great grandchildren, Nolan, Steven and Camryn; and her sister Chyrlan Staffey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Alzheimer's Association.
