He is survived by: his children, Paul Jr. Hines (Terri) of Murphysboro, Paula Wolters (Marty) of Steeleville, IL, Kim Garling (Tom) of Decatur, IL and Tiffany Gearhart (Michael) of Murphysboro; his stepdaughter Melissa Wade (James) of Murphysboro, IL.; his grandchildren, Ryan Hines (Abbie), Hiliary Hawkins (Zach), Chelsie Hagene (Josh), Aaron Memar, Natalie, Clark Gearhart and Carlie Wisely; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Hines-Lightfoot, Addie Gollhuir, William, Andrew, Bennett Hines, Rhett, Koehn Hawkins and Tate Hagene.

Memorials may be made in Paul's honor to Murphysboro Christ Community Church or St Francis Animal Care Shelter both in Murphysboro.
