Marie Schumaker Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 29, 2020, at the age of 99, Marie Schumaker (Murphysboro, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Joseph Odgers and Edith Lucille Odgers (Reilly); and her siblings, Pauline Haggerty and Louis Odgers. She is survived by: her husband Roy Glen Messamore; her children, Darryl Messamore (Mary) of Waterloo and Linda Raines of Murphysboro; her granddaughters, Teri Davis of St. Louis, Becky Reardon (Larry) of Murphysboro and Lisa Tate; her great grandchildren, Dustin Chandler of St. Louis, Chelsea Reardon Leemon (Derek) of Nashville, TN, Adrian Cavazos of St. Louis and Jack Shepherd of St. Louis; her great great grandchild Beckham Leemon of Nashville, TN; her niece Diane Haggerty (Arthur); and her nephew Brian Haggerty (Romela) of Australia.
