It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mae Engel of Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Walls and Aleen Walls (Benson); and her husband Philip Adolph Engel. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice (Dona Bilyeu), Barbara (Don Raisanen), Sharon Engel (Ron Smith) and Phyllis (Tim Egendoefer); her grandchildren, John Pruitt of Chicago, Rebecca Ward (Jake) of Kansas City, MO and Rachel Bilyeu of Murphysboro; her great grandchild Finley Mae Ward of Kansas City, MO; her brother Kenneth Walls of Bridgeport, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Walls of Lawrenceville, Illinois and Clara Roberts of Lawrenceville, Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
