Tripp (Lindsey); her husband William Henry Murphy; her brothers, Raymond Tripp, Meryl Tripp, Lloyd Tripp, Lawrence Tripp and Philip Tripp; her sons, William M. Murphy, Michael J. Murphy and Timothy M. Murphy; and her son-in-law Harold Raynor.
She is survived by: her children, Kaye Carr (Ken), Pat Raynor, Alice Riddle (Randy), John Murphy, Paul Murphy (Sue), Jim Murphy (Amy Novara), Steve Murphy (Joe) and Greg Murphy; her daughter-in-law LeAnn Murphy; her siblings, Darrell Tripp (Nancy), Judy Knust (Bob) and Bill Tripp (Sally); her grandchildren, Bill Carr (Jess), Bryan Carr (Danielle), Joshua Raynor, Christina Riddle, Melissa Sanders (Dustin), Deanna Riddle, Mitchell Murphy (Erica), Michelle McNemar (Sean), Drew Murphy (Jennifer), Erin McCann (Michael), Megan Weir (Ben) and Lauren Murphy; and her great grandchildren, Everett Carr, Nora Carr, Dalton Sanders, Julieanne McNemar, Declan McNemar, Liam Murphy, Elliot Murphy, Augustus Murphy, Evelyn Lois Murphy and Charlotte Murphy.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Catholic Church (724 Mulberry St, Murphysboro, IL 62966). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery (724 Mulberry St, Murphysboro, IL 62966).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests, with gratitude, that memorial donations be made to St. Andrew School in Murphysboro.
