He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tinsley and Hazel Tinsley (Dailey). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Gary D. Tinsley (Teresa) and Kimberly R. McKee (Terry); his grandchildren, Brooks Hente, Dustin Hente, Zachary Snyder, Austin Snyder, Chris McKee, Nathan McKee, Jessica Wallace and Heather Romage; and his siblings, Diane Honkala, Linda Tinsley and Farrell. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
