He is survived by: his wife Ann Worthen of Murphysboro; his children, Larry, Ramona Worthen of Murphysboro, Jason, Tabitha Bass of Columbia, TN, Joe and Tracy Dykes of Magnolia, MS; his grandchildren, Isaac of Murphysboro and Karissa Compton of Murphysboro; his children, Kyler of Murphysboro, Cleo Worthen of Murphysboro, Braxton Worthen of Murphysboro, Javon of Columbia, TN, Brianna Bass of Columbia, TN, Jordan of Columbia, TN, Alexis Bass of Columbia, TN, Cameryn of Columbia, TN, Caitlyn Bass of Columbia, TN, Jewels Sibley, Nathaniel and Jolie Dykes; his great grandchildren, Lynnix and Maddix Compton; his grandchildren, Auvi Worthen of Murphysboro, Braylon and Ashton Bass of Columbia, TN; and his stepmother Martha Worthen.
