She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Prahl of Mattoon, James Herring (Valerie) of Murphysboro, Larry Herring (Donna) of Murphysboro, Patricia Boudet of Carbondale and Cynthia Miles of Carbondale. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Her family would prefer memorials to be made to St. Francis Care or to Murphysboro Food Pantry.
