He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hollis Harrison and Evelyn Harrison (Jones); his spouse Connie Harrison (Griffith); his children, John Allen Harrison (Misti), Shelly Harrison-Jones and Jason Harrison (Jessica); his grandchildren, Nicholas Stearns (Fallon), Kyle Stearns (Katie), Heather Strohmeyer (Devon) and Makayla Harrison; and his brother Ervin Harrison (Brenda).
Due to COVID-19 restrictions no more than 50 people are allowed into the funeral home at one time along with the requirement of wearing a mask and social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that memorials be made to New Life Church of Carbondale (P.O. Box 1532, Carbondale, IL 62903).
