He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Chester and Virgie Worthen (Lindsey). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kay Bedwell; his children, Craig Worthen (Kim) and Kim Worthen; and his grandchildren, Aaron Millenbine (Kylie) and Shelby Worthen.
