He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Baynard and Mary Ruth Proctor (James); his wife Lillian Martin; and his sisters, Jeannette Proctor, Patty King, Lee Dennis (Ken), Elaine Motsinger and Nancy Keyser (Kenny).
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Motsinger (Gordon) of Marion and Don "JD" Proctor (Patti) of Murphysboro; his grandsons, Joshua Proctor (Tara) of Murphysboro and Matthew Proctor of Murphysboro; his great grandchild Aniya; and his brothers-in-law, J. D. Motsinger of Marion and Jerry King of Marion. He is also survived by numerous nieces; nephews and many friends.
