She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pender and Edith Pender (Leggans); her siblings, Ida Elnora, Agnes, Charlie, Jim, Don, Delbert, George and Abe; her sons, Kenny Royer and Josh Penrod; and her grandchildren, Tonya Falkenburry, Darrin Howard and Brandon Royer.
She is survived by: her husband Jacob Royer; her siblings, Art Pender (Louise) and Jhan Miller (David); and her children, Ronnie Royer (Sherry) of Belleville, IL, Connie Falkenburry of Murphysboro, IL, Monica Derossett (Buck) of Murphysboro, IL, Valerie Howard (David) of Homeland, FL, Gwen Basden (Brett) of Murphysboro, IL, Demetra "Petza" Stanley (Greg) of Murphysboro, IL and Jason Royer (Shelly) of Murphysboro, IL. She is also survived by several grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
