She was predeceased by: her adoptive father Paul K. (Georgia "Varnum" Meadors); her daughter Cindy Armstrong (Dale) of Blue Springs, MO; her husband Leslie Plucker; her son-in-law Dale; her parents, Paul Meadors and Georgia Meadors; her grandsons, Bobby Armstrong and Stanley Paul Fowler; and her siblings, Paul L. Meadors, William Howard Higginbotham, Raymond Harold Higginbotham of California and Hermeina Carol Higginbotham.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Fowler (Stanley) of Carbondale, IL and Curtis Eric Plucker (Janet) of Murphysboro, IL.
