It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freddie Bastien Jr. of Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Ann Fielding; and his siblings, Clarence Bastien, William Bastien, Earline Boucher, Mary Moore, Wilma Reiman and Anna Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Bastien (Diana) of Murphysboro, IL, Ronnie Bastien (Buffie) of Murphysboro, IL, Roger Bastien (Deanne) of Oklahoma, Linda S. Tondini (Daniel) of Marion, IL and Kathy Easton of Murphysboro, IL; and his sister Erma Reiman of Benton, IL.. He is also survived by his 19 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren.
