She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dunn and Elizabeth Dunn (Wise); her husband Raymond E. Blaise; her grandson Daniel Blaise; her siblings, Ellen Reichman and Robert Dunn; and her half-sister May Frances Wilson.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael R. Blaise (Regina "Dawn" Blaise) of Murphysboro, David E. Blaise (Cathy Blaise) of Murphysboro and Dr. Dale W. Blaise (Randee Bastien) of Murphysboro; her grandchildren, Aaron M. Blaise (Courtney), Darin E. Blaise (Jennifer), Melissa A. Campbell (Rocky), Brian W. Blaise (Beth), Bradley A. Blaise and Lindsay N. Wells (Drew); her great grandchildren, Parker, Brady, Isaac, Alexander, Nicholas, George, Bryon, Jackson, Catie, Cora, Ryan and Evelyn; her brother Carl; and her sister-in-law Ann Dunn of Centralia, IL..
