She was predeceased by: her father Carl Dean; her brother Russell Hoppe (Carol); her grandparents, Everett, Evelyn Fielding, Jesse and Laura Hoppe; and her brothers-in-law, Barry Pelzer and Allen Pelzer.
She is survived by: her mother Margaret Lou Hoppe (Fielding); her husband David Pelzer; her children, Travis Arbeiter and Crystal Arbeiter-Dulaney; her grandchildren, Skylar Dulaney and Ky Dulaney; her niece Nicki Hoppe; her great-nieces, Bevon Stewart and Evie Riley; and her brothers-in-law, Carl Arbeiter (Mary), Gary Arbeiter, Allen Arbeiter, Henry Arbeiter (Lynn), Gary Pelzer and Randy Pelzer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
