He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward R. Pavey and Elizabeth C. Wuest Pavey (Betty); his wife Cindy Lou Pavey (Eckert); and his daughter Tiona Caroline Pavey. He is survived by: his daughter Misty D. Pavey of DuQuoin; his brother Ed Pavey (Gay) of Alabama; his niece Aimee N. Pavey; and his nephew Richard W. Pavey (Jaclyn).
