He was predeceased by: his father William Lynn Casper; and his sister Jacqueline McCann. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Casper (Cross) of Carbondale; his son Dee Casper (Sarah) of Pottsville, PA; his brother-in-law Charles McCann of Carbondale; his nephew Chad McCann (Ashley); his niece Jamie Howard (Jeff); his great-nieces, Jaycee McCann, Madeline McCann and Elizabeth Howard; and his great-nephew Thomas Howard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
