He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Woosley and Nancy Woosley; his wife Phyllis Smith; and his daughter Linda. He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Friese of Florida, Rhonda Bodkin (Jim Bodkin) of Murphysboro, Karen Hale (Marvin Hale) of Murphysboro, Cheryl Halstead of Phoenix, AZ and Jan Farmer of Hurst. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
