Curtis M. Compton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis M. Compton of Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Mike Hedrick and Kenny Harmon. He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Ann Harmon Compton (Jim Underwood) of Festus, MO and Mike Compton (Betty) of Murphysboro, IL.; his grandparents, Susie Hedrick of Festus, MO, Troy, Mary Compton of Murphysboro, IL and Alice Smith of Cutler, IL.; his siblings, Lucas Underwood, Ziggy Underwood, Trevor Smith, Zoe Underwood and Tonya Rhodes (Nick); his great-grandparent George Litton (Fern); his uncle Howard Hedrick; his grandfather Melvin Smith; and his cousin Trevor Compton. He is also survived by Three nephews and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

By executive order, face masks are required and social distancing guidelines must be followed.
