He is survived by: his nephews, Dustin, Joshua and Kenny; his wife Susan; and his siblings, Carolyn Smith of Valdosta, Georgia, Therese M. Zolk of Arkansas, Dennis M. Smith of Ohio, Barbara J. Rinella of Murphysboro, Joseph A. Smith of Murphysboro and Christine E. Westbrook of Hurst.
