He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee and Blanch Lee (Anderson). He is survived by: his children, Paula Wilkens, Michael Lee (Vicky), Kimberly Lee-Squires (Jeffrey) and Sister Dixie Piskos (Joe); and his stepdaughters, Kim Kilpatrick (Roger) and Robin Luehr (Neal). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
