He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Boyd and Myrtle Boyd (Rhodes); and his cousin Kay Michels. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sister Linda LaFoon (Frank); his daughters, Beth Boyd, Bridget Greene (Jeff Westmoreland) and Abby Woodward (Steve); his grandchildren, Jen Hershberger (Troy), Zac Boyd, Jake Covington (Tiffany), Kate Wight (Bryce), Josh Woodward (Katie), Megan Berry (Taylor) and Casey Greene; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Riley, Mazie, Poppy, Finley, Danny, Emma and Jack; his niece Amy Wilde (James); his nephew Boyd LaFoon (Heather); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kami, Max, Austin, Campbell, Naomi, Addie and Maggie; and also Sharon Armstrong.
