She is survived by: her spouse Terry Bastien; her children, Jeremiah Bastien of Cabot, Zachariah Bastien (Halie Hackler) of Cabot and Bethany Bastien of Murphysboro; her grandson Ayden Bastien of Cabot, Arkansas; her father Claude Worthen (Roberta); her siblings, Rick Worthen, Gary Worthen, Larry Worthen, Paul Worthen and Claudia Tibbs; and also, Claude and Georgia Worthen.
