It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Collard (Mundelein, Illinois), born in Menominee, Michigan, who passed away on April 14, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Collard and Elmer Collard; and his siblings, Kaye Haselow, Pat Ret and Jerry Barton Ret.

He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; and his daughter Emily Collard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
