Susan Jafari Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Jafari of Mundelein, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Susan shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Susan farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 1200 American Way, Libertyville, IL 60048.
