She is survived by: her son Ted Godek (Augustyna); her son-in-law Tadeusz Motyka; her grandchildren, Steven Godek (Kasey), Diana Morrissey (Eric), Annette Motyka, Monica Motyka and Kristina Motyka; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Samuel, Reed, Josephine and Rose.
