With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sherri Kay Wohlgemuth of Mundelein, Illinois, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 10, 2024 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Reed and Art Reed; her sisters, Jean Geir and Patricia; her brother-in-law Bill Richards; her grandson Scott Wohlgemuth; her cousin Karen Taylor; and her friends, Grace Axen and Mary Hauser.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Wohlgemuth, Steve Wohlgemuth (Kathy), Sandy McGonagle (Jim) and Sarah Letts (Chris); her grandchildren, Rochelle Wohlgemuth, Jessica Wohlgemuth (Mike Romito), Corrine Zenner (Matt), Julia Blahnik (Paul), Billy Wohlgemuth, Jimmy McGonagle (Brittany), Patrick McGonagle (Sammantha Jemison), Jacob Wohlgemuth (Destiny Pye), Noah, Madison and Savannah Letts; her great grandchildren, Melody, Juliette, Jameson McGonagle and Ava Blahnik; and her sisters, Linda Jordan (Don) and Della Gurnick.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Andrew Lutheran Church (10 S Lake St, Mundelein, IL 60060).
