He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Simpson and Betty Simpson (Rose). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Jason Simpson (Julie), Laurie Hembrey (Jon) and Sara; his grandchildren, Austyn Simpson, Connor Macko, Sebastian Hadsell, Hailey Hadsell, Jack Hembrey, Max Hembrey, Matthew Simpson and Amelia Hart; his siblings, Luann Rose (Dave Vignes) and Dale Simpson (Paula); and his close friends, Lars, Ole' and Sven. He is also survived by 4 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kristan Funeral Home (219 W Maple Ave, Mundelein, IL 60060). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the same location.
