He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Bernard and Ellie Bernard; and his brother Chic Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Nicole; his children, Maxwell Bernard (Kelly), Lucas Bernard and Maggie Bernard; and his siblings, Bruce, Brian, Tom, Pat, Linda, Penny, Mary Catherine, Sarah and Susan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
