We are sad to announce that on May 28, 2019, at the age of 88, Polly Nation (Mundelein, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James E. Nation; her children, Richard (Denise), James (Samantha) and Gwen Schroeder; her grandchild Treasured; her brother Paul Zagielski; her son-in-law Brian Schroeder; and her pets, Gizmo and Boots.
