He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fornero and Frances Fornero of Waukegan; and his niece Tessa Prideaux. He is survived by: his children, Joe Fornero (Laura) and Laura Slowick (Bryan); his grandchildren, Julia, Anthony, Andrew, Nathan and Caitlin; his close friend Marilyn Schmitt; and his siblings, Francesca Prideaux (Bryan Heffernan), Charles and George Fornero.
