It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melody Ruane of Mundelein, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Carneke and Delores Carneke; and her husband William Ruane. She is survived by: her children, Robin Carneke-Green (Albert Jr.) and Courtney Wilson (Corri); her stepchildren, John Ruane, Laura Weber and James Ruane (Christine); and her siblings, Curtis Carneke (Patricia) and Marcia La Magdeleine Patience. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
