With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Walters (Mundelein, Illinois), born in Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on December 17, 2018 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sarah Walters, Vergil and Betty Gilbertson. He is survived by: his parents, Eric Walters (Gale) and Linda Gilbertson Walters (Carol Dorman); his grandfather David Walters; and his sisters, Abigail Walters, Valerie Anderson and Paula Kruse (Matthew). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Sarah Walters and Vergil and Betty Gilbertson.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Nature Conservancy, 1-800-628-6860, or the charity of your choice, in memory of Matt Walters, Ingleside, IL.
