He was predeceased by: his parents, Mickey and Mary; his siblings, Michael and Austine Clemons; and his nephews, Clemons and Liam West.
He is survived by: his son Michael West; his grandson Jake; his siblings, Mary Brandenburg (Craig), Frances Jahnke (Neal), Grace Reichel (Matthew) and Sean (Jenny Chang West); and his close friend Marsha Guyer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews (17), grand nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kristan Funeral Home (219 W Maple Ave, Mundelein, IL 60060). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Santa Maria Del Popolo Chapel (116 N Lake St, Mundelein, IL 60060).
