He is survived by: his wife Pamela Faulkner (Frayer); his son Luke Faulkner (Elizabeth); and his siblings, Margaret Pieroni (Frank), Catherine Eiserman (late Charles), Jeannie Leafblad (late Rod), Lewis "Bud" (Joanne), Raymond (Sandy) and Edward (Karen).
