She is survived by: her husband Ted; her sons, John and Michael Germata; and her siblings, John Stephen Reynolds (Penelope), Timothy Reynolds (Claudia), Maureen Barrile, Colleen Garrity (Daniel), Priscilla Formica (Michael), Matthew Reynolds and Christopher Reynolds. She is also survived by her husband, children, family, and friends.
