He was predeceased by: his daughter Janet Witwer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, John Teofilo, Anne Reddicks and Harry Mayland; and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Alex (Brittany) and Christine. He is also survived by 7 siblings.
