He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Pachay and Jeanette Pachay; and his brother-in-law William Kohn. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffrey Pachay (Judie) of Waukegan, Janet Kohn of Mchenry and Joyce Kiel of Mundelein.
