It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Cook (Mundelein, Illinois), who passed away on January 5, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Gregory; and her husband George. She is survived by: her son Randy Cook (Katie); and her grandchildren, Kelly Samson (Michael) and David Cook.
