He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis B. Caslavka and Cecilia W. Caslavka (Kurth); and his sisters, Mary Lou LaSpina and Rita Ann. He is survived by: his wife Lois Rogers of Warren; his children, Kathleen, Sharon Kelleher (James), Kevin (Rochelle), Brian and Kristine Herbert (Scott); his grandchildren, Dakota Sutter, Seth, Dana, Marye, Zachary Caslavka, Kyle, Krystalynn Herbert, Brandy Bragg, Patrick, Liam and Meredith Kelleher (Justin Ziolkowski); his great grandchildren, Killian, Nora, James and Lily; his great great grandchild Judith; and his brother-in-law Sebastian LaSpina. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
