He was predeceased by: his wife Helen "Eleni"; and his siblings, Bia, Bessie, Athene (Harry) and John.
He is survived by: his children, James Mouzakiotis (Louisa) and Denise Mouzakiotis; his grandchildren, Jared Klein, Kaydee Wasserman (Alex), Lauren Zajac, George Mouzakiotis and Nicole Mouzakiotis; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Sam, Shane and Harper.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Our Lord Greek Orthodox Church (1207 Riverwoods Rd, Lincolnshire, IL 60069). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
