He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carlson and Eleanor Carlson; his brother Ken (Marge); and his sister-in-law Cindy. He is survived by: his daughter Shelia Valdes (Jose); his grandchildren, Isabella Klein (Justin), Alexis (Courtney), Antonio and Diego Valdes; his siblings, Judy Roos (George), Ed (Mary Lynn), Roger, Paul (Ida), Mary Egan, Joanne Harden (Rick), Art (Margaret), Chuck and Jacqueline Posluszny (Jerry); his former wife Cathy; and his children, Michael, David, Bill and Michele. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Transfiguration Catholic Church (316 W Mill St, Wauconda, IL 60084). A Mass will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
