He is survived by: his wife Patricia Howard; his daughter Mary Grubb; his stepchildren, Julie Hennelly and David Mac Leod; his grandchildren, Kevin, Lauren, Jessica, Scott and Bethany (Chris); and his children, Annika, Evie, Olivia, Nathan (Nettie) and Ingrid.
