He is survived by: his children, Marjorie Chalustowski (Richard), Judith Holmes (Doug Clark) and Robert Lindblad; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Mickie, Sean Mickie (Kristen), Richie Chalustowski, Shane Holmes (Jen), Brett Holmes (Monique), Devon Lesher, Rebecca Lewis (Adrian) and Sarah McGrath (Shaun).
