He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Catherine Blindauer; and his parents, John Blindauer and Matilda Blindauer. He is survived by: his children, Karen Stasiek (Ken), Daniel (Sheila), Janet Reilly, Cindy Hendricks (Ed), Benette Pauluzzi (Dave) and Rene' Leong (Todd). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
