She is survived by: her children, Deanna Jakubowski (Michael), Michael Diaz (Cindy), Jennifer Ilko (Brad) and John Diaz (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Caitlin Perry (Scott), Patrick Hogan (Erin), Meagan Hogan (John), Kayla Jakubowski (Jason), Jillian Jakubowski, Jacob Diaz, Zachary Diaz, Lucas Diaz, Pax Ebele Ilko, Alexa Diaz and Ty Diaz; and her great grandchildren, Sullivan, Emmitt, Jaxon, Sutton and Sawyer.
