She was predeceased by: her daughters, Dawn and Jennifer. She is survived by: her former spouse Los Angeles; her sons, Brian and Bradley; her husband Marvin Ford; and her brother Douglas. She is also survived by her two sons and their combined ten children and four grandchildren, as well as cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to her favorite charities, the Northern Illinois Food Bank and the Salvation Army, are highly encouraged.
