We bid farewell to Ann M. Shivak of Mundelein, Illinois, born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 25, 2024 at the age of 83. Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Shivak; and her siblings, Judy Bertone and Bill Ruane. She is survived by: her sons, Tod Shivak (Eileen) of Ypsilanti, MI, Steven Shivak (Jodi) of Sewickley, PA and Alan Jay Shivak (Anne) of Highland Park, IL; her grandchildren, Michael, Kathryn, James, Sara Rae and Alex; and her brother John Ruane (Carol).
